ALKIC Scrum Master Course provides an active learning environment for students to engage in discussion, team-based exercises, and individual reflection. During this interactive course, participants work in Scrum Teams to learn Scrum while using Scrum. The course is suited for all experience levels. What you will learn Participants will get a thorough understanding of Scrum, the competency they need to get started with Scrum in their organizations, and preparation for passing PSM1 assessment. Topics include but not limited to: • Scrum theory and principles • Scrum Framework • Definition of Done • Enabling self-managing teams • Role of the Scrum Master What you get • Immersive learning experience facilitated by expert Scrum practitioner • Experience real Scrum in action through engaging activities • Digital copy of course materials • ALKIC Certificate of Completion By the end of the course, you will: • Be equipped and have the confidence to lead teams as a Scrum Master in any industry • Be able to pass PSM1 Exam • Be equipped to motivate others to support your Scrum efforts • Develop skills and knowledge to ace interviews Course Details • Class begins at 12 NOON and will run until 7 PM both days (GMT+1) • Participants will be expected to connect to the class via Zoom with video, which must be active throughout the class • Participants are required to be fully engaged in all class activities to qualify for ALKIC Certificate. Students who miss more than 1 hour of class time will not be eligible for the certificate • No experience of Scrum is necessary to enroll on this course. A reliable internet connection is essential.
