Lanre (PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM II) has over 25 years’ experience in portfolio-program-project management that spans multiple industries including overseeing major strategic initiatives, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration.

He works with organizations and teams to improve human performance and create lasting, successful change by conducting training programs that produce measurable business results.

 

He is a certified Project Management Professional who has delivered hundreds of thousands of instructional hours in project management and organizational effectiveness training courses across Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa.

 

As an Agile Coach (and Scrum trainer), he has accumulated a lot of experience successfully building, leading, and coaching high-performing teams, delivering products and business solutions. 

 

His current focus is enabling and deepening Enterprise Agility to allow organizations sense and respond to change in our ever-changing world.
